Attorney William S. Cowan
was born in Evanston, Illinois, on July 27, 1942. Before becoming a distinguished attorney, he attended the University of South Carolina, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1964. Just five years later, he obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina law school and was admitted to the South Carolina State Bar.
Outside of his legal experience, attorney Cowan was a proud military member. He worked his way up to the Lieutenant Commander of the USNR.

Hal M. Strange
was born in Kingstree, South Carolina, on December 7, 1950. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of South Carolina, where he obtained a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in 1973.
He continued his education at the University of South Carolina law school, gaining a Juris Doctor in 1977. He was admitted to the South Carolina State Bar that same year.
Like his partner, attorney Strange is a Martindale rated attorney. He has a 4.4 out of 5 rating!
